Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WiseSupa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wise Cloud SAS.

2. Description of Service

WiseSupa is a Supabase instance management platform that provides features including but not limited to: database backups, migration management, team collaboration, instance monitoring, and administrative tools. The Service is designed to help teams manage their Supabase infrastructure more effectively.

3. Accounts

Registration for WiseSupa is currently invite-only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.

4. Free & Paid Plans

WiseSupa offers a free tier with limited features. Paid plans with additional capabilities are available and billed through Polar.sh, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Polar.sh handles all billing, refunds, and payment disputes in accordance with their own terms of service.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and plan features with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without authorization
  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account
  • Use the Service to store, transmit, or process illegal content

6. Intellectual Property

WiseSupa, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Wise Cloud SAS. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

You retain full ownership of your data, including database content, configurations, and any materials you upload or create through the Service.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. All personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

8. Third-Party Services

WiseSupa integrates with or relies on the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

  • Supabase — database infrastructure and authentication
  • Polar.sh — payment processing and subscription management (Merchant of Record)
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics

We are not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wise Cloud SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the in-app settings or by contacting us at support@wisesupa.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Service or other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grasse, France.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
